Christmas Family Fun for All Ages – December 5th – 7th, 2025

Proud to announce all events are free!

 

We are gathering together people of all ages, young and old, to help us ring in the holiday cheer with a special three-day Christmas community celebration called the “Hastings Jingle & Mingle”.  This annual event happens on the first weekend in December – with this year’s festivities being Friday, December 5th through Sunday, December 7th.

 

Our fun-filled community event kicks off on Friday, December 5th, with a traditional Manger Lighting on the County Courthouse lawn.  From there, individuals can hop on the Holly Trolly, or take a fun carriage ride around downtown.  Saturday and Sunday will be filled with a full calendar of events from Santa’s Workshop, Christmas Parade, Santa Dash 5K run and so much more!!

Meet Santa’s reindeer at our special reindeer petting zoo on Sunday, December 7th, from 11:00 – 3:00pm.  After your done, join in on our Candy Cane Hunt or enjoy our “It’s a Chili Winter” Chili Cookoff!
